How soon after a storm should I call?
As soon as you can. Insurance policies have deadlines for filing a claim, and a damaged roof can lead to interior damage the next time it rains. The inspection is free.
Will you cover my deductible?
No. Under Texas Insurance Code section 707.003, a contractor cannot pay, waive or rebate a homeowner's insurance deductible.
Can I get a repair instead of a replacement?
It depends on how much of the roof was damaged. Damage in one area can often be repaired, while damage across the whole roof usually calls for a replacement. We will explain what we find after the inspection.
Do you fix gutters and fences too?
